Brushes Over Broome through the Binghamton year
The company says it started in 2006 as a side branch of Debrah Godbay's cleaning business, for clients who wanted good painting done. It grew out of a garage into a painting contractor in Binghamton. Kalitto Oliveras, a professional painter since 2013 by the company's account, now leads it.
Its website names homes and businesses as the work it takes on. Reviewers bring up interior rooms, kitchen cabinets, wallpaper stripping and the odd exterior job. One property manager calls on them for summer turnover painting, so that is one time of year at least some clients book.
Most reviewers talk about tidy, quick, courteous crews and careful work, and several say they came back for a second project. One reviewer was unhappy with the finish for the price paid.
Booking around Brushes Over Broome's hours
The shop runs 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, and stays closed on weekends. It holds a 5.0 rating from 168 reviews.
If you want an estimate on the calendar, skip the weekend and try them on a weekday morning, soon after the phones open at 9.

Being a new property manager in the Binghamton area comes with its challenges and uncertainty when it comes to vendors meeting your expectations. Brushes Over Broome has been nothing but outstanding! From their customer service to the services performed has been an absolute 10/10. If any properties need recommendations for painting during summer turnover, I will always refer them here. HUGE shoutout to Kolden, Cody, and Nicole!
Brushes over Broome did an excellent job on removing the old wallpaper and painting my spare bedroom. Employees are very professional and friendly.
I've hired Brushes Over Broome for 2 different projects and they never disappoint! Their team is pleasant to work with and very professional and respectful! 2 years ago they painted my kitchen cabinets and replaced the cabinet doors! My kitchen is gorgeous and I get so many compliments on it. Their next project is to strip wallpaper and paint a 2 story foyer with a circular staircase that is the vantage point of my historic home I can't wait to see how it turns out! I have no doubt it will be absolutely beautiful when they get done!
